Q: What if I lose my connection?
A: Your Internet connection is under your Internet provider's responsibility. Your RECOIL account will still be active. You can contact your Internet provider to solve your connection problem and as soon as you get back online, you can again access your RECOIL account.
Q: The cables provided do not fit my computer or TV.
A: With the purchase of the RECOIL on Demand Bundle from a retail store, the free cables included fit the majority of TV's and computers. You may need to acquire different cables to enable you to watch the shows on your TV.
Q: Can I get a refund?
A: Since this is a downloadable product, you cannot get a refund but if you have a problem with a product you downloaded or a subscription please email us at

A: Your credit card will be charged instantly.
Q: Can I use PayPal to pay for my RECOIL subscriptions?
A: Unfortunately, PayPal is not available at this moment.
Q: Can I use my account on different computers?
A: Yes you can. The only information you need in order to access your RECOIL account is your email address with which you subscribed and your password. From any computer, on which there is an Internet connection available, you go to RECOIL Login and enter your email and password.
Q: How do I sign up for your 24/7 channel?

Q: How do I cancel my subscription?
A: You cannot cancel your subscription. Your subscription will stay active for the lenght of time to which you subscribed to.
Q: Can I transfer my subscription?
A: You cannot transfer your subscription. Your subscription will stay active for the lenght of time to which you subscribed to.
Q: Some of the videos stop on a black screen, what do I do?
A: Press the spacebar to continue the video from that point in the program.
Q: I only get to see a bit of the show, and not the whole thing; why?
A: Make sure you're logged on with your user name and password, and that you're subscription still has time in "My Account".
Q: How many new programs can I expect weekly? Monthly?
A: About 200 shows will be added on a bi-weekly base which will allow you to get access to 400 new shows a month.
Q: Will RECOIL be in high definition in the future?
A: If there's enough of a demand for it over the next year.
