Set up d'oies

J'ai lu ça sur un forum américain....... jusqu'à 50 000$ de stock dans le champ
J'espère que le gars installe pas ça seul et qu'il ne recommence pas à tous les jours ;)
Non farce à part, le stock doit rester en place un bout de temps sinon ça pas d'allure, y faut l'aide de l'armée!

Back in the days of old you could decoy them to newspaper, diapers, paper plates, etc. but not anymore. These geese are hunted Sept-Apr and have seen every trick in the book. If your decoys aren't realistic looking you won't be shooting many birds.

Is 800 full bodies over the top? Probably for the person that hunts on his own, but not for the outfitters. Look up some of the spreads the guides put out during the northward spring migration and you will see up to $50,000 in decoys and equipment in one field. More than I can ever think of having.

We still use windsocks with good success, if you are in the right spot. On a typical 4 man hunt we will put out between 1,000 and 1,500 decoys. 200 more for each additional person. 2 years ago a bunch of us got together to see how big of spread we could put out. We ended up with 9,820 decoys out in a single field. Too bad all the geese came in all at once. We only shot 38 but had a great time.
